The Principle of Knowledge Authority establishes that every element within the KAVRIS ecosystem must carry an explicit authority designation. Information without authority attribution is unstructured and therefore outside the governed KAVRIS knowledge architecture.

Authority flows from Foundation through Codex, is mapped by Atlas, and is implemented through the Product Framework.
